Hereafter the Culinor group will be referred to as ‘CULINOR FOOD GROUP’.

Culinor has entered into mutual arrangements in which the various responsibilities for the protection of your personal data are laid down. For all questions regarding the processing of your personal data you can always contact us via the contact details provided in point 9.

2. WHICH PERSONAL DATA DOES CULINOR FOOD GROUP PROCESS?

CULINOR FOOLD GROUP collects and processes the following categories of data, for example:

• Personal identification data (name, telephone number, VAT number, address and e-mail address);
• Financial identification data (bank account number)
• Security camera images
• Academic curriculum and assessment results (if applicable)

3. WHY DOES CULINOR FOOD GROUP PROCESS PERSONAL DATA?

CULINOR FOOD GROUP processes personal data of customers, suppliers and applicants for the following purposes:

• Customer management
• Supplier management
• Invoicing and accounting
• Registering visitors
• Communication
• Camera surveillance
• Recruitment and recruitment reserve

Processing is always based on our legitimate interest, a legal obligation, the implementation of the agreement between you and us or your consent.

4. HOW LONG DO WE RETAIN YOUR DATA?

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes stated above or to comply with a legal obligation imposed on us.

5. WHO DO WE PASS YOUR DATA ON TO?

We never sell your data and only use it for the performance of our services or to comply with a legal obligation.

When we request third parties to process your data, we ensure that these parties offer sufficient guarantees with regard to the protection of your personal data.

6. DO WE PASS YOUR DATA ON TO THIRD COUNTRIES?

• Right to inspection and correction

If you want to know which personal data CULINOR FOOD GROUP processes about you and for which purposes, you can contact us. You can also request us to correct any incorrect personal data or to change your data.

• Right to removal and restriction

You have the right to request us to remove your personal data. CULINOR FOOD GROUP may retain certain data after your request for removal, for example because we have a legal obligation to retain the data for a certain period of time.

If you have good reason to do so, you can request us to restrict the processing of your personal data. Because you contest the accuracy of your data, for instance.

• Right to object

If the processing of your personal data is based on our legitimate interest or is part of a public interest or public authority task, you may make a substantiated objection to the processing of your personal data.

• Right to data transferability

If we process your personal data on the basis of your (express) consent or in the context of the performance of the agreement between you and us, you can request that we deliver the personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, customary and machine-readable manner to you or to another controller, provided that the processing is carried out by automated processes.

• Right to withdraw consent

If the processing of your personal data by CULINOR FOOD GROUP is based on your (express) consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time. However, the withdrawal of your consent does not affect the legality of the processing prior to the withdrawal of your consent.

• Right to object

You have the right to submit a complaint to the Belgian supervisory authority if you have a complaint about the use of your personal data by CULINOR FOOD GROUP.
